Tzatziki Burger Sauce

Tzatziki Burger Sauce
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp mayo
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cucumber
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/4 cup dill, chopped
2 tbsp chives, chopped
1 tsp cumin 
1/2 tsp cayenne 
Zest of one lemon 
salt & pepper to taste


Step 1 Using a grater, shred the cucumber into a cheesecloth. Squeeze the cheesecloth tightly to strain the juice from the shredded cucumber. Add the drained cucumber shreds to a bowl. 


Step 2 To that bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and stir until they are well combined.


FIN. Transfer to a glass dish and refrigerate until ready to use. I love to use this sauce on salads and turkey burgers.
