Spiked Mascarpone Whipped Cream
With only 4 ingredients, my Spiked Mascarpone Whipped Cream is as delicious as it is simplistic. With a hint of citrus from the orange-flavored liquor, this topping is the perfect complement to any indulgent dessert. I like to enjoy it on top of my red wine pears.
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ cup mascarpone cheese
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1 shot of Grand Marnier
STEP 1 Combine heavy whipping cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and Grand Marnier into an electric mixer. Mix on medium-high until the mixture turns into soft fluffy whipped cream.
FIN. Serve immediately on top of any dessert, like red wine pears. This can also be stored in the refrigerator for up to an hour before eating.
